gem.coop security policy

Last Updated Jun 4, 2026

If you find a security issue with the gem.coop website or service, please report it to security@gem.coop.

Let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

While looking for security issues, only interact with accounts you own, or where you have explicit permission from the account owner. Avoid anything that could harm other users or the gem.coop service itself, including privacy violations, denial of service, spamming, brute forcing, phishing, or compromising our severs or staff.

Do not file reports created by automated tools unless you have manually verified the issue that you are reporting.

We only accept reports regarding the gem.coop service and website.
